What we collect

When you sign up for the Promoted ($PMTD) creator rewards program we collect your email address, your Solana wallet address and the social media usernames you give us. If you verify an account with TikTok, Instagram, X or YouTube, we also receive that account's ID, username, display name, profile picture, follower count and an access token that lets us read the public statistics (such as view counts) of videos you post.

How we use it

We use this information only to run the rewards program: to find videos you post that tag our accounts, to count their views, to work out your reward, and to send SOL to your wallet. We may email you about your rewards or changes to the program. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Storage and security

Your information is stored with our hosting and database providers (Netlify and Supabase). Access tokens are encrypted. Only the program operators and our rewards bot can access the data.

Deleting your data

You can remove a verified account at any time with the "Remove verification" button on the site, or revoke our access from the platform's own app settings. To delete all of your data, email us from the address you signed up with and we will delete it within 30 days. Wallet payments already made are recorded on the Solana blockchain and cannot be deleted.
